Our Vital Statistics Division handles birth records. The fee is $25.00. Please call 973-748-8400 extension 221 for further information.
Block Party Application
Complete and submit this form to the Borough Administrator one week prior to any Council meeting.
Building Permit
The Building Department can be reached at 973-748-8444. Due to the unique nature of each application, please call or stop by for assistance when filling out this form.
Channel 36 Announcement
To have your announcement posted on Glen Ridge Cable Access Channel 36 Community Bulletin Board, submit this completed form at least 2 weeks in advance.

Death Certificate

Dog License
Dog licenses are issued at the beginning of each year. The fee for renewal is $18.00 for altered dogs and $21.00 for unaltered dogs. Please call 973-748-8400 extension 220 with any questions.

The Historic Preservation Commission meets once a month. In most cases, construction that is visible from the street and is in a Historic District requires review from the Historic Preservation Commission. Call 973-748-8444 for the schedule of meetings and further information.

A portable home storage unit may be placed upon any property only upon the issuance of a permit by the Zoning Officer.
