Alarm Registration Form

Pursuant to Glen Ridge Municipal Code 8.04.050, alarm registration forms must be completed and returned to the Glen Ridge Police Department Record Bureau by April 15 of each year. Failure to register could incur fines up to $500.00. (Printable Form)
